- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience

Amazon Games is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our Business Operations team to aid in calendar management, organization, administrative tasks, and driving efforts for employee morale programs throughout the team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and good with people. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to work quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results. This person will need to learn quickly about process and be able to manage small to medium projects independently end-to-end. This person should be proactive in addressing issues, be able to identify any gaps in tools and process and suggest enhancements. This role will aid in managing projects through each phase of the process; planning and brainstorming to implementation and execution. The candidate must have solid organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across teams. The ideal candidate will be an experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and composure – high energy, enthusiasm, and a love for passion for games is encouraged. Key job responsibilities • Act as a trusted business partner to senior level management • Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other partner teams, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization • Identify, communicate and resolve issues in a timely manner • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events) • Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations in multiple time zones

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
