Our client is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to C-Suite executives.
This is a Direct Hire role, offering $85K and is 100% onsite in Dallas, TX. with a M-F, 8-5 work schedule.
Job Duties:
- Full administrative assistance in preparing correspondence and related travel logistics as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to members of the C-Suite on all administration matters including expense reconciliation and reporting, meeting coordination, etc.
- Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Assistance in the management of electronic board portal and Teams video/audio coordination with both internal and external board members, senior management, and key management as required.
- Work closely with other Executive Assistants regarding meeting setup, Teams Video coordination, and lunch/dinner arrangements as required
- Update and maintain board member, senior management, and key internal staff (as required) addresses and contact information
- Coordinate ad hoc projects as required.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Prioritize key communication inbound from key vendors, senior management members and board members, whether email or by phone
- Assist with other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Candidate profile and qualifications:
1. 5+ years' experience supporting multiple C-Suite team members
2. Bachelor's degree is a must
3. Advanced Microsoft office use, Excel is required
