A well-known talent in the social media/entertainment/fashion sectors seeks a multi-faceted EA / PA with experience. The priority of this role is to execute online tasks, manage calendars, and coordinate events and day-to-day needs from business to personal for a busy person and all the moving parts around them. Being very web-savvy is extremely helpful. This job is Monday through Friday — available during all business hours but must be flexible for the needs on weekends and evenings for events, photoshoots, etc. The job is hybrid - you will work from home on most days, but you will be requested on-site as needed for personal errands, professional events, etc. Must have a good work ethic! You will keep the relationship always professional. You may, in the future, work collaboratively with another Executive Assistant / Day-to-day manager.
Duties will include:
- Calendar and schedule management
- Monitoring and managing to-do lists
- Management of daily tasks
- Assist with personal needs
- Interfacing with all team members
- Being a polished front-facing person for the client
- Will assist with scheduling glam and all beauty needs
- Reservations, appointments, photoshoots, events
- Travel management preferably able to travel domestic and internationally
- Errands and house-sitting on occasion
- Updating online tasks, answering emails
- Management of filing paperwork, mail, packages, printing, scanning, shipping, etc.
- The right person is very professional and organized and tech/web-savvy
- Communication with lawyers and accountants
- Posting clothing, shoes, and bags on re-sale apps
- Excellent oral and written communicator, professional and respectful always!
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our executive staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other related tasks. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Prepare reports and financial data analysis.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a current contact list.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
