AA Staffing Executive Assistant/ Director of New Business Development
AA Staffing is a legal staffing company that pairs law firms with remote staff living in Medellín, Colombia. Seeking an outgoing, highly motivated executive assistant to the founder & president. Candidate will also fill the roll of Director of New Business Development, which is tied to a lucrative bonus structure for signing new clients.
$55K Base (after 90 day trial period of $40K)
Lucrative Bonus structure. Total compensation estimated rangle $80K - $130K+
Includes paid travel to Colombia.
Our office is in the Bank of America Plaza. This is an "in office" position with increasing remote hybrid flexibility after. Initially will be predominantly in office (as well as at various networking lunches, dinners & events), but will allow further remote flexibility over time.
You will be responsible for
Responsible for administrative support to the President including but not limited to:
- Maintaining calendar for professional events
- Preparing expense reports
- Company social media
- Organizing conference calls and management meeting
- Preparing materials and documentation for meetings and/or clients as appropriate
- Coordinate travel arrangements (primarily to Colombia)
- Maintain contact list for employees and clients
- Manage and coordinate office events and functions
- Answers company phone line
- Schedules client meetings
- Assist in research projects
- Attend occasional conferences, meetings, and (nearly weekly) industry events
- Attend networking lunches & dinners
- Assist in preparation/development of presentations
- Assist in the preparation/development of marketing displays/materials
- Assist with updating information on various social media platforms
Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish not required, but preferred. Legal and/or personal injury experience also desired but not required (we will be happy to teach you). Experience in Google Workspace Suite, Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe Professional. Experience in booking travel and calendar management.
You will be in charge of the company social media accounts. Please send in links to your social media accounts along with your application.
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to participate in group meetings and work in a team environment. Ability to handle extremely confidential information in a discretionary manner. Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
