The Executive Administration role is keeping the CGO's path clear of nonessential tasks and serving as a liaison between Pushpay and all internal and external constituents.

Salary: $40.87 hourly

What You'll Do
- Organization & Administration Management- Adhering to CGO's Ideal Week.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Preparing meeting materials for CGO, VP of Sales and VP of Marketing.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact for external clients working with the Sales and Marketing departments.
- Coordinate off-site events.
- Communication Management.
- Managing and organizing E-mail inbox for leaders to ensure cleanliness, conciseness, and organization at all times.
- Quickly bringing bottlenecks to light for decision.
- Maintaining confidentiality and high degree of ethical standards at all times.
- Working directly in assisting to run the company's business by acting as a surrogate on behalf of the CGO in all forms of communication, exercising discretion and independent judgment.
- LT Calendar and Events.
- Partnering with the EA for the CEO to support planning events in advance for the leadership team.
- Assisting marketing team with events.
- Project Management.
- Managing all inboxes (Evernote, receipts, etc.), tagging, electronically filing, collecting action items into projects, assigning tasks to others.
- Pursuing items in 'waiting'.
- Removing roadblocks.
- Keeping projects moving with momentum.
- Working directly in assisting to run the company's business by acting as a surrogate on behalf of the CGO, exercising discretion and independent judgment in all forms of project management, to include matters of significance such as those affecting, interpreting, and implementing management policies or operating practices, as well as carrying out major assignments in conducting the operations of the business.

- High School Degree.
- 5 -7 years of executive or administrative experience.
- Proven experience as an admin assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners.
- Proficiency in Google Applications, MS Office.
