Previous Experience in a Healthcare Setting is a Plus!

Previous Experience with Bookkeeping duties is a Plus!

SpineCenterAtlanta, conveniently located in beautiful Buckhead, is looking for an Outstanding Executive Assistant for a highly successful CEO/Surgeon/Art Lover/Entrepreneur. Think you have what it takes? Please read on….

  • You are dedicated to helping others be their best selves at home, work and in their community. This is the foundation for everything else. Whether the task is big or small, you achieve your goals by helping our CEO achieve his.
  • You have personalized expertise. An exceptional EA will know what he likes and doesn’t like. You will know where he is and where he needs to go. You will know when to schedule meetings and when not to. You will gather as much of this information as possible and as early as possible—and proactively keep learning.
  • You master the calendar. In business we live and die by the calendar. Deadlines, appointments, meetings, presentations, calls—the calendar is the flight plan that keeps all of these moving parts from crashing into each other. And don’t forget scheduled commitments at home.
  • You anticipate needs. A exceptional EA sees in advance what an executive needs and plans accordingly. If it’s lunch before a meeting, reports emailed to a client, whatever, you’ve already seen the need and addressed it. Anyone can take a direction. But an exceptional EA is already moving the way we want to go.
  • You prioritize the personal. You must co-pilot and default to prioritizing the professional at the expense of the personal. Protecting the CEO’s personal time lets him maximize his professional time. An exceptional EA knows that and helps him guard that time.
  • You are willing to push back. A good EA will keep him from burying himself. He needs a “calendar czar”. At any given moment he doesn’t know the full range of his commitments, obligations, and initiatives. An exceptional EA does know and will push back when he starts getting overcommitted.
  • You create and master systems. Effective performance depends on a certain number of set preferences and procedures. What works best for him and his team? An exceptional EA will document and systematize these things so he’s not always reinventing the wheel.
  • You know what’s on his plate. His EA should know all that he’s dealing with and what’s critical to his success. An exceptional EA can keep him focused on the high-leverage activities and decline or delegate the rest.
  • You respect his confidentiality. An exceptional EA will have all sorts of personal information and access. It’s critical that he or she has integrity and a sense of discretion. It’s also important that you see when people are trying to get insider access or influence.
  • You have great communication skills. And by this I don’t just mean you can carry on a conversation. His exceptional EA will help facilitate communication in our organization—especially if things become bottlenecked. Whether it’s email, calls, or other communication, you will accelerate response times and keep the messages moving.
  • You have Bookkeeping experience
  • Command of Microsoft Office, Develop Meeting Agendas (take and distribute meeting minutes), Meet, Greet and Engage patients during clinic days and ensure an exceptional experience, Manage the Attorney Deposition Program for the clinical team (predominantly our CEO).
