The City of Orem City Manager's Department is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant. This is a full-time, benefited position working under the general direction of the City Manager and performs a wide range of administrative services and details associated with the City Manager's office including responding to the public in the name of the City Manager, Mayor and City Council. The Executive Assistant is responsible for handling a high level of confident information, tasks, reports and research. Schedules and coordinates meeting appointments, screens and follows-up on calls, and positively represents the City Manager, Mayor and City Council in dealing with the public, staff, school district, county and state officials in City related manners.
Schedule
Full-Time, 40 hours a week.
