Executive Assistant Position - Full Time Job at Riddell National Bank
Riddell National Bank is a community bank located in the Wabash
Valley. We have five locations in the cities and towns of Terre
Haute, Brazil, and Center Point. We currently have an outstanding
opportunity for a full-time Executive Assistant position in our
Brazil downtown location. This position reports directly to the
President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO with all aspects of bank administration
- Assist the CEO maintaining priorities, scheduling, and time
- Prepare and assemble reports for the Senior Management and the
- Maintain company calendar
- Process & close commercial and consumer loans
- Prepare wire transfer documents
- Handle customer service calls regarding bank products
- Prepare and proofread correspondence and other documents
- Organize, coordinate, and plan bank events
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications:
- A positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic
- Effective organizational skills required
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with limited
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word are expected
- High School Diploma or GED required, college credits or
Qualified candidates are required to pass a criminal background and
credit history check prior to being hired.
