I AM Sandy Neumann of Chad and Sandy Real Estate Group -- and I am personally writing this job description. Why? RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Document procedures by observing roles and simplifying steps.
  • Design slides and create graphics. Capture meeting notes, help create training materials.
  • Collect and assemble data from a variety of sources
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Calculate and track commissions, bonuses, and referrals
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and calendars so nothing is missed
  • Assist with Human Resources file management and onboarding
  • Order and maintain office supplies. Responsible for the overall cleanliness and order of the entire office space and systems. You make it easy for the sales team to operate quickly and smoothly.
  • Oversee virtual and office assistants as requested
  • Provide reports and admin support to owners as directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to work in the office. Experience assisting executives preferred. Exceptional communication skills in writing and/or presenting.

PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communicator with strong writing skills.
  • Highly Technical, skilled in Google Drive, Sheets, and online environment with amazing graphic design and documentation skills.
  • Highly efficient, detail-oriented with planning and note taking.
  • Highly professional in demeanor and communication.
  • Amazing at project management and planning to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Many other skills that will shock and impress us, and the ability to quickly learn how to do anything.
  • You will want to be able to take immediate action and operate with urgency.
  • Confidence is a must. You know that you are the best in the world at what you do and be able to get information and confirm the accuracy of details you need to finish your work.
  • Ability to move like water around obstacles, difficult tasks, and difficult people.
  • Passionate about the quality of your work, a machine when it comes to executing tasks, obsessed with process, and always operating with a sense of urgency.
  • Excel, accounting, writing, real estate, executive assistance experience supporting C-level.
