Our Executive Director provides the overall supervision and direction for this beautiful Community. From financials, leadership, reporting and sales to having the desire and making the time to genuinely interact with our Residents, families, fellow Directors, Associates, physicians, pharmacies and other visitors on a daily basis, we expect you to be professional and caring. We’ll require you to contribute to the team effort by being flexible in work assignments, taking the initiative to furnish support in all situations, meet our attendance expectations and maintain an appropriate work pace to meet established schedules. We’ll also ask you to display a confidence in understanding and utilizing our many platforms including scheduling, HRIS, payroll, budget and work order computer systems to successfully lead the business office staff. You will be driving sales and supporting the Business Office Manager to collect AR for the community.
