The Program Director will be part of the Chief of Staff Office for Consumer Banking. The role will be the principal liaison between the Consumer Bank and JPMorgan Wealth Management with respect to facilitation of Retail Non-deposit Investment Products (RNDIP) oversight. You will partner closely with representatives from JPMorgan Wealth Management (JPMWM) to build, plan and facilitate regular oversight committee meetings. As part of the role you will also support broader Chief Of Staff Office priorities and projects working closely with Legal Risk Compliance Controls partners and Branch Administration.

To be successful in this position, you should be a highly motivated individual with project management experience, outstanding thought leadership, critical thinking, effective communications and organization skills. Possess a strong ability to influence & collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the firm.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as primary representation of the Consumer Bank (CB) for purposes of partnering with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Controls (LRCC) and JPMorgan Wealth Management key contacts in the planning and execution of RNDIP oversight.
  • Partnering with Consumer Bank Control and JPMWM partners to curate content for regular RNDIP Committee oversight meetings and working through Issues and action plans
  • Partner with Regulatory Response and JPMWM to curate content, prepare for and execute routine meetings with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
  • Act as support partner for high priority initiatives working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and team members across LOBs and staff areas
  • Link strategy to execution through the development of clear objectives, timelines, and metrics, Independently develop value-adding business solutions
  • Identify and remove barriers to execution, communicates project updates clearly and transparently
  • help to resolve issues with solution-focused mindset

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities;
  • 5+ years of retail investment experience
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to inspire confidence from, and to collaborate closely within the internal stakeholders, and senior leaders. Sound judgment and strong collaborative decision-making skills and works well in cross-functional teams
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills (e.g., identifying trends, patterns, and root cause)
  • Strong executive presence, ability to command respect with all partnership functions, strong sense of diplomacy, tact, and empathy
  • Ability to adapt and support the business with changing and competing priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities; ability to flex tone and messaging to conform to the audience (senior executives to field-based personnel)
  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to establish productive working relationships and know how to navigate the firm and bring multiple functions together to facilitate fast decision making

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities;
  • FINRA Series 7 License Preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory environment including OCC, SEC and FINRA
  • Excellent academic credentials with a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Mastery of core Microsoft Office applications
