Henhouse Cafe is a locally owned and ran breakfast restaurants locations in Gilbert, Mesa, & Tempe, AZ is looking for one executive/personal assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive to discussions that will be a big part of the day, take notes and implement changes that discussed, self-motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • The Executive/Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing business and personal activities including but not limited to setting up interviews, appointments and following up with employees and managers.
  • The duties include prioritizing tasks, emails and phone calls, meeting preparation and note taking, and travel arrangements
  • Schedule meetings and manage the owners calendar, including prioritizing personal matters
  • Answer phone calls and emails
    *Help with daily time management and task prioritization *Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents

Qualifications

    *Must have 3 years prior experience, be extremely detail oriented and organized *Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish *Computer Literacy *Experience working with social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) posting and creating content *Ability too work independently with little direction *Position requires travel between stores locally in Gilbert, Mesa, to Tempe

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $19.00 - $20.00/hour.
