This full time, permanent Experienced Electrical Converting Machine Builder opportunity is at a growing original equipment and machine manufacturer. This is a new position due to growth. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
- Reading electrical schematics
- Reading electrical-mechanical engineering drawings
- Building electrical-mechanical equipment and machines from 120 volts to 480 volts
- Following best practices for assembly
- Making electrical connections
- Participating in the assembly of a variety of items
- Utilizing a variety of tools as needed
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- One or more years of electrical converting machine building, food equipment machine building or paper converting machine building experience
- One or more years of experience working with 120 volts to 480 volts
- One or more years of reading electrical schematics
- One or more years of reading mechanical engineering drawings
- Possess solid interpersonal skills
- Possess the ability to work together well with others
- Possess your own mechanical and electrical toolset
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
