We have a current opening for an HVAC technician with at least 5 years of experience to work our area on the south-side of Greater Metro Atlanta. We are seeking a dedicated, skilled and responsible technician that can troubleshoot, repair and maintain all heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Our ideal candidate should have a friendly demeanor and be very comfortable talking with people as we strive for our customers to always feel comfortable to ask questions and for us to have a technician that can clearly convey the details of a project to them.

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of hand-on HVAC experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Essential Functions:

• Travel to job sites in service area as dispatched.
• Diagnose equipment and service issues, report replacement parts for purchase, calibrate systems to manufacturer's recommendations, and concisely explaining to customers the issues and suggested repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable in the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Be able to read and interpret building codes.
• Be able to read and interpret electrical conduit boxes and electrical panels.
• Demonstrate knowledge of control systems.
• Monitor the operation of HVAC equipment used in buildings.
• Be knowledgeable in heating systems design.
• Be knowledgeable in air conditioning systems design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
