Quick Lane Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• welcome customers into the service drive to accurately & efficiently assess customer concerns
• perform a visual inspection of the vehicle, conduct a walk-around of the vehicle to identify additional areas of concern
• conduct multi-point video inspections
• guide customer through the write up, services, and delivery of the vehicle
• complete the customer interaction, execute necessary documentation
• operate independently as rapidly as possible to service the concern & get to the next job with the support of the service manager and service advisors
• establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service technicians to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
• service managers empower advisors to execute their job responsibilities and the parts dept. works to make the job more efficient, more effective & more rewarding
