This training program is available to residents of Benton, Cedar, Clinton, Des Moines, Henry, Iowa, Jefferson, Johnson, Lee, Linn, Louisa, Jones, Muscatine, Scott, Van Buren, and Washington counties in Iowa; and Henry, Rock Island and Whiteside counties in Illinois. It offers you the opportunity to build the foundational skills required to start a career in social media marketing through 12-16 weeks of online learning 10-12 hours per week at times that work best for you.

By earning your Certificate in Social Media Marketing, you'll be prepared for a variety of professional social media roles including social media manager, social media strategist, online community manager, social media marketing coordinator, blogger, copywriter, consultant, analyst, and more.

Upon successful completion of your training, you will earn an industry-recognized credential and gain exclusive access to a hiring consortium of 200+ top employers who have committed to sourcing talent through this training program. Goodwill will help you find the job you want.

Scholarships will be awarded to eligible individuals:

Ø Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Ø Are at least 18 years old

Ø Speak and understand English or Spanish

Ø 10th grade or higher reading skills

Ø Basic digital skills, familiarity with online environment

Ø Have or willing to create a Facebook or Instagram account

Ø Will commit to a 16-to-20-week program and devote 10-12 hours per week to learning and studying.
