Facilities Coordinator Job at DUDLEY DEBOSIER
Dudley DeBosier, a premier industry leader in Personal Injury Law, is currently seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator. The Facilities Coordinator will consistently use a hands-on, proactive, documented approach to ensure the proper functioning of all DDB facilities and vehicles; to maintain clean, safe working environments for team members by managing company resources and processes and vendor partnerships to meet the needs of the firm. To adhere to a budgeted and documented approach in all supply acquisitions, vendor engagements and relationships, and project management. Essential Job Functions
Quality assurance:
o Grounds maintenance, parking lots and walkways
o Vehicle Fleet
o Overall interior/exterior facility maintenance & functionality
o Vendor engagements and relationships- communication and coordination
o Facilities project management
- Rotating site visits to remote offices to address issues, ensure facility functionality & conduct preventative maintenance
- Able to use tools to properly address basic repairs, maintenance, and janitorial issues in the facilities as needed
- Assistance in office and workstation set-up and adjustments as needed
- Point of contact for building and security emergencies as needed
- Onsite/offsite storage facility upkeep and maintenance
- Inventorying and supply ordering and as directed by Supervisor
- Administrative duties as required
o Facility Logs (to include permits, contracts, personnel assignments, issues, opportunities, project proposals, vendor quotes, etc.)
o Building Maintenance Checklists
o Various Facility Inventory Logs
- Special Facilities Department projects as assigned
- Assistance with set-up/tear down of firm events if needed
