We are looking to add a Facility Technician to our team at IPCO US. This position provides support to the productivity center and service department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Productivity Center

• Maintain the equipment used within the Productivity Center. Some of this equipment includes but is not limited to pumps, oil units, cooling conveyors, process feeding devices, rental units, and small lab equipment.
• Learn operating procedures for Productivity Center equipment
• Assist Productivity Center Engineers with equipment testing completion
• Clean equipment after testing and prepare samples generated from testing for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized productivity Center and Service area
• Some travel may be required for training purposes
• Requires some overtime
• Service / Aftermarket
• Maintenance and repairs of service tools.
• Check toolboxes according to the checklist.
• Backfill the toolboxes with consumables.
• Prepare toolboxes, equipment, and tools for shipping.
• Maintain stock levels of consumables by preparing and ordering material.
• Prepare belt samples for different purposes (training, customers, etc).
• Assist with service interventions as a helper.

Physical Demand:

• Use hand tools / measuring instruments, able to lift up to 80 lbs
• Climb stairs and ladders, work in a respirator
• Operate forklifts and scissors lift, must be able to work while wearing hearing protection

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

A driver’s license and passport are required.

Education:

• Must have a GED or higher-level degree
• 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
