Summary: Performs general maintenance work on a variety of facilities equipment and systems at an industrial manufacturing facility in Hopewell Junction. Regular work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Job Duties include:

• Complies with all Fluor Corporation safety requirements and programs
• Performs and general maintenance work on a variety of facilities and building equipment, systems, structures, and hardware, including air handlers, domestic water, chilled water, hot water, steam, humidification, building exhaust, compressed air, controls, lighting, electrical, security systems, fire systems, roofs etc.
• Position requires a good aptitude for maintenance related and diagnostic skills
• Individual must be capable of working independently and/or with minimum supervision
• Some weekend and holiday work may be required

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) required
• Two (2) or more years of Trade school, industrial or commercial experience required
• Must have knowledge and experience with hand tools and test equipment
• Must have knowledge of facilities systems (chilled water, compressed air, steam, domestic hot and cold water) and equipment (including HVAC, pumps, piping, valves, pneumatics, controls, motors, electrical up to 600 volts / 3 phase, heat exchangers, and air compressors
• Must possess the ability to read and interpret building layouts, system drawings and manufacturers’ equipment specifications
• Must have knowledge of standard and specialized maintenance practices
