This position is for the 2023/24 school year only.
The Family Resource Center Specialist manages the daily operation of the Family Resource Center Food Pantry and Clothing Closet. The FRC Specialist will develop and maintain relationships with district staff, community partner organizations, and potential funding sources in order to provide resources to District 20 families in need.

Implements trauma-responsive strategies and processes for accessing the FRC and the supports provided by the FRC

Manage the processing of food, clothing, and additional resource donations

Manages the day-to-day operation of the Family Resource Center Food Pantry and Clothing Closet

Recruit, train, manage volunteers

Refers families to community-based and/or school-level services
-
Responds to a complex, dynamic environment

Serves as liaison between families and community resource providers

Supports the development and sustainability of the FRC through grants and community partnerships

Uses and integrates technology to support professional responsibilities, instruction, data interpretation, and student & family learning

Work in close collaboration with the FRC Food Pantry and Clothing Closet Administrative Secretary and Special Populations personnel

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Special Services Provider License: Initial (Colorado Department of Education) with an endorsement in School Counseling, School Social Work, School Psychology

Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree (e.g., B.A., A.B., B.S.)

Master's degree (e.g., M.A., M.S., M.Eng, M.Ed, M.S.W., M.B.A., M.L.S.)
-
Either in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychologist

Compensation Range:
$63,070-$73,070
