We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a proven history of working on a farm to join our team. We're looking for someone who is interested in learning about our company's thriving poultry and beef cattle production as well as any other aspects of our diverse farming operation. Our Farm Worker will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional care to the animals, creating healthy products that are sold locally and throughout North America, and increasing environmental sustainability. Responsibilities:

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Plant and harvest crops by hand.
• Apply pesticides and fertilizers to crops by hand or with machines.
• Sometimes lift heavy objects.
• Frequently stand, walk, and stoop.
• Wear protective clothing (such as coveralls and gloves) to prevent exposure to pesticides and fertilizers.
• Climb ladders and use lifting equipment.
• Perform repetitive tasks using hand tools.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
