PROJECT DETAILS:
This is a high-profile project erecting the steel for a large EV battery manufacturing facility.
Location: Kokomo, Indiana (local to Indiana preferred!)
Duration: 6 months (starting mid-May)
** Immediate future contract work or full-time direct employment with client if they see you as an effective and good communicator **
REQUIREMENTS:
Credentials: BCSP certification preferred; OSHA 30/510
We can talk if you don't have these certs but please do not expect the top end of the pay scale listed below. Conversely, if you do have a top cert you can expect top dollar.
Experience: 3 years safety with 1 year steel erection, GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS A MUST and is what our phone interview will focus on. Come with some game guys!
COMPENSATION:
Pay: $40-50/hr; 1.5x past 40/week
58/58/50 schedule example below:
~ @ $40/hr ($60 OT) your monthly (four weeks) gross is: $10,600
~ @ $50/hr ($75 OT) your monthly (four weeks) gross is: $12,800
Tax status: Independent Contractor-1099
* Have the freedom to file your own taxes and identify write offs
