Our client is looking to add a Field Service Technician with an electronic (electrical) and calibrations background to their team. They are looking for someone who will make a positive impact on their quickly expanding company. This company calibrates, sells and repairs technological equipment for companies in a variety of industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical, plastic and many more. Within this role you will spend the majority of your time traveling to customers across the country performing calibrations and repairs. Basic Job Info / Details

• Monday - Friday (weekend work as needed)
• 7:30am-4:30pm (Start and End time can slightly vary)
• $36-40/hr with OT pay
• Must be well versed with Calibrations & Electro-Mechanical work
• Will spend up to 4 nights a week away from home, with possible weekends.
• Must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time to customers across the country. When not traveling you will be working out of headquarter location in Duncan, South Carolina.
• Relocation Bonus offered if needed
• Company Vehicle provided or $500-600/month vehicle stipend
• Company Phone provided or $60/month stipend

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and repair on a wide range of electronic (electrical) and electro-mechanical measuring and test equipment (M&TE)
• Complete required documentation to certify the verification and calibration of electronic and mechanical M&TE
• Precisely follow company policies and procedures, industry standards (ISO), and manufacturers’ requirements for accurate calibration of electronic M&TE

Qualifications / Requirements

• 3+ years of electronic (electrical or mechanical) Metrology experience required
• Formal training in Metrology, previous Precision Measurement Equipment Course (PMEL) preferred
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and data entry
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent certification
• Able to lift up to 70lbs
• Bending, kneeling, standing, grasping objects required
