Your Role on Our Team:
As a Finance Manager, you will have complete ownership of all financial activities associated with Inventory and Supply Chain. At the same time, you will have an integral role in the development of the long term inventory strategy and metrics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support for all aspects of supply chain finance, including but not limited to Total Network Inventory, import / export tariffs, and distribution
  • Partner with supply chain and operations leadership to solidify and track Inventory KPI’s
  • Finance Lead for projects supporting total network inventory planning and scenarios
  • Identify root cause of monthly financial variances, communicate actuals and forecast, with accompanying "stories" to the Financial and Operational leadership teams
  • Review and present financial information to internal customers, providing recommendations for maintaining and increasing profitability
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvement. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline processes
  • Easily adapts to changing needs of finance and operational departments, and able to create meaningful ad hoc "what-if" financial analysis
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting: Supply Chain Finance experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Able to summarize from large data sets
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel to Distribution Centers required – minimum once a quarter
