Financial Administrator Job at Southern Residential Management LLC
Small property management company is seeking a full-time Financial Administrator to manage, coordinate and maintain all aspects of the company’s accounting functions in its Greensboro, NC office location. This position is responsible for compiling and analyzing financial reports, payroll processing, reconciling bank accounts, coordinating budgeting activities, managing general ledgers and related reports, and distributing monthly financial reports to owners and investors. A successful candidate must have prior education and financial experience, extensive MS Excel and QuickBooks knowledge. Experience with ResMan software is a plus, but not required.
