We are seeking a Financial Advocate to join our Patient Visitor Services Department. This position is Part-Time Core, scheduled 24 hours per week and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package -or- a 13% pay differential in lieu of benefits. • High School education or equivalent
• A minimum of two years college education including satisfactory completion of college level healthcare coursework preferred

• Two years minimum of directly applicable healthcare insurance experience and/or coordination with revenue cycle and billing review/corrections
• Two years customer service experience required
• Six to twelve months minimum knowledge of online eligibility systems and status review of claims
