THE ROLE:
The candidate will work with assigned business partners across geographies to manage and understand Revenue within corporate calendar deadlines.
THE PERSON:
High Attention to Detail. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to work with multiple business partners with a blend of professionalism, expertise, passion, and flexibility to the role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help prepare and track against the annual financial plan, as well as periodic financial forecasting activities for each as defined by the corporate calendar.
- Report out to Current Sales / Business leaders on current Revenue position against Forecast along with key drivers and explanation of variances.
- Provide Financial reconciliation daily, posting adjustments to our Revenue systems and explaining ad hoc large fluctuations.
- Understand and identify risks and potential problem areas and propose potential solutions and operational improvements to issues or problems.
- Provide month-end financial support as vital including monthly plan & forecast to actual analysis & reporting and develop schedules to help explain variances.
- Utilize corporate systems and reports to manage financial data (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
PREFFERED EXPERIENCES:
- Strong excel spreadsheet skills to drive efficiencies and improve reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a timely manner
- Experiences working in fast paced environment
- Experience in management reporting
- Relevant Data Analytic Experience
- Experience with self service BI applications
- 2-4 years of Overall Experience
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience
