IES Finance is looking for a Financial Analyst III to support the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives. The scope of responsibilities includes all FP&A planning, analysis & reporting activities to help enable the execution of financial goals and initiatives to support a growing organization.

What you will do:

• Lead monthly customer billing process
• Collaborate with business partners to generate key assumptions and drivers for decision support, independently conduct ad hoc data analysis to identify business insights and observations
• Assist in the month end close process including performing journal entries, accruals, report preparation, etc
• Analyze customer revenue and spend to aid in profitability analysis to drive strategic decision making
• Create & present customer specific reporting, when applicable to fulfill customer needs and requests
• Ensure contract and incentive compliance to enable business productivity, potential cost savings, and/or revenue generation
• Develop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports to share business and financial insights, and support monthly /quarterly /annual forecasting and budgeting process (i.e. support MBR, QBR, AOP, etc.)

Requirement/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business related field
• Proven experience in accounting and/or finance
• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Oracle PLN experience is desirable
