ITA Windown fashions is a small business in RETAIL_CONSUMER_PRODUCTS in Ormond Beach, FL 32174. We are customer-centric and inclusive. We are looking for a very hands on Controller with experience in a manufacturing environment who is an expert in Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, and Excel. ITA is a growing company with plans for expansion through both organic initiatives and through acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Month End Close
• Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Account Reconciliations including all Cash Accounts
• Manage accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, Cost Accounting, Inventory and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Weekly Metrics reporting
• Cash projections and planning
• Project Accounting / Job Costing
• Analysis

Skills

• Proven working experience as a Financial controller in a manufacturing environment
• Expert in QuickBooks and Quickbooks Online
• Expert in Excel
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Advanced degree in Accounting preferred
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience preparing financial statements
• Cost Accounting
• Project Accounting
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
