Fire Safety Director Job at Garrison Protective Services
Security Guard Company is seeking a Fire Life Safety Director for a building in Downtown Brooklyn.
Fire Safety Director Duties:
- Staff and monitor lobby fire command station at all times
- Periodically test Class E System and all ancillary equipment maintaining logs of such tests reporting any and all deficiencies to Property Manager.
- Notify occupants timely of any fire safety alarms that are going off
- Conduct elevator fire recall function as required.
- Establish and maintain emergency procedures and logs in coordination with the Property Manager.
- Supervise testing and inspection of all fire extinguishers in the base building areas.
- Coordinate testing of fire alarm system, with building occupants and management.
- Coordinate testing of standpipe and sprinkler systems with building occupants and management.
Fire Safety Director Qualification:
-MUST posses F89 (certificate of Fitness for Life and Safety Director)
Direct Deposit - Weekly Pay - Flexible Schedule - Must be able to work weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
