Calling all experienced mechanics! We have an exciting opportunity to join our company! Red Baron is seeking an experienced mechanic to maintain a fleet of 6-8 diesel-powered trucks.
In this role you're responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting vehicles to identify mechanical problems, including checking engines, transmissions, brakes, and other mechanical systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing engine, transmission, and other mechanical problems, including performing tune-ups, replacing worn parts, and overhauling engines.
- Conducting regular maintenance on vehicles, such as changing oil and filters, checking fluid levels, and replacing worn components.
- Conducting safety inspections to ensure that vehicles are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ordering parts and maintaining an inventory of supplies.
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on each vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
