The Wharf Ft. Lauderdale is adding to its management team. We are looking for aFloor Manager who will be responsible for exceeding all of our guest expectations. Our candidate will assure the highest standards of service are met including but not limited to venue appearance, the hospitality of service staff, and cleanliness of premises. The manager will be responsible for the supervision, training, and development of the Greeter department. They will implement systems to increase table sales and enforce controls to ensure sales goals are met.

Our ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience in the Food & Beverage industry, high-volume management, and must have strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. We are seeking someone who exhibits friendliness and a hospitality forward state of mind. Candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work 5 days per week, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
