Hughley's Southern Cuisine (99-080 Kauhale St. Aiea, HI 96701) is looking for one front of house supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities

*Keep all restaurant inventory stocked *Submit weekly schedule and timesheets for approval *Work closely with kitchen manager and food truck manager to complete day-to-day tasks *Propose monthly after hour events for better business *Promote customer satisfaction while performing duties *Proactively assist fellow staff members and encourage team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service *Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met daily
Qualifications

*Excellent problem solving skills *Quality verbal and written communication skills *Ability to give quality feedback and implement feedback received *Ability to take initiative *Maintaining uplifting atmosphere for staff and customers *Previous experience in a management role

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation is $15.00 - $17.00/hour.
