DAY-TO-DAY
This restaurant position can be full-time or part-time. Our full-time Food Service Hosts typically work 4 PM - 10 PM, and part-time Food Service Hosts work 4 PM - 10 PM shifts on weekdays, with 11 AM - 4 PM and 4 PM - 12 AM shifts on weekends.
In this customer service position, you are the first face our guests see when they visit our food service establishment! When guests enter, you greet them with a smile. You ask them about the size of their party and find an available table for them. If there are no tables available, you give the customers an estimated wait time. You take note of their name and number, and as they wait, you make sure to keep them updated. Additionally, you answer the phone, taking reservations and answering questions with ease. When reservations are coming up, you call the guest to confirm it. You love working directly with our customers and take pride in the part you play in our success!
