Cashier Description:

The cashier position will perform a variety of duties along the service line. The primary responsibility is to interact with each guest to exceed expectations. This requires providing the highest quality of service to the guest by treating them with honor, dignity, and respect.

Essential Functions:

• Operate a point of sale system to take orders
• Suggestively upsell and resolve guest concerns
• Prepare and serve food items in the restaurant and at events
• Setup, teardown, and cleanup for events
• Works in-store positions to supplement schedule between events

Qualifications:

• Able to speak, read and comprehend instructions, as well as converse comfortably with customers
• Able to lift heavy objects safely
• Able to take direction and correction
• Able to work from multiple locations including reliable transportation
• Flexible availability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday events
• Enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative
• Desire to advance with a restaurant organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per week
