The Employment Security Department is hiring a Forms & Records Analyst to join the Administrative Services Division that supports the agency mission by providing guidance to ensure the proper disclosure and retention of agency records.

Some of what you will do:
- Track, monitor, and retrieve records for completion of record requests.
- Coordinate and consult with the public and stakeholders in other agencies, media, law firms and other businesses.
- Provide public records customer service.
- Respond to ESD staff and external phone inquiries.
- Explain procedures to obtain records in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Conduct on site public records management training and workshops for ESD staff.
