The Employment Security Department is hiring a Forms & Records Analyst to join the Administrative Services Division that supports the agency mission by providing guidance to ensure the proper disclosure and retention of agency records.

• Track, monitor, and retrieve records for completion of record requests.
• Coordinate and consult with the public and stakeholders in other agencies, media, law firms and other businesses.
• Provide public records customer service.
• Respond to ESD staff and external phone inquiries.
• Explain procedures to obtain records in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct on site public records management training and workshops for ESD staff.
