SUMMARY:
The FP&A Analyst position will be responsible for a variety of financial duties surrounding the planning, analysis and reporting functions, this includes periodic reporting of financial results, forecasts, the annual budget process, 5-year plan as well as provide finance support to the business (sales, marketing, supply chain, compliance, etc.).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare the necessary information for the month-end closing and planning processes mainly related to price, volume, mix and other variations on revenue and EBITDA, as well as the balance sheet balance variations for Cash flow reports.
Support in the analysis and reporting of current financial results and variations against forecasts, budget and the previous year through explanatory bridges as well as support on the preparation of the MEC presentation for top management.
Assist in the preparation of 5yp, budget & Forecast figures and submission through the corporate reporting tools (Cognos/Tm1) as well as preparation of corporate presentations for top management.
Prepare internal reports (e.g. sales mix and margin) to track, communicate and drive actions with senior management.
Assists the FP&A Manager with development and implementation, as well as ongoing maintenance of financial systems and reports within planning repositories.
Support on the preparation Cost center report (excel and PowerBI)
Support on the forecasting of rolling forecast inventory value.
Follow up on SOX controls related to rebates (BON11) and extra-contractual approvals and Price changes (CON08 and OTI06).
YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Proficient user of MS Excel & Analysis
Fluent English-speaking
Software: ERP/Reporting - Proficiency with SAP System, Cognos, TM1 and reporting tools a plus
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Communication - Ability to communicate with different audiences (locally and globally) and explain financial topics to non-financial people (e.g. sales, cluster head, etc.).
Teamwork - Works with cross functional, cross regional and very diverse team of professionals.
