The FP&A Senior Analyst manages the process of PL creation for potential new locations, working closely with the Development team. This position is analytical in nature, methodological and resourceful. The FP&A Senior Analyst reviews Sales, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Labor, Revenues across the stores to give recommendations, provide analytical information and execute changes as needed to ensure profitability and productivity of new locations, also by building comparative metrics across the existing stores.
Reports directly to the Director, FP&A but works autonomously and without immediate supervision.
- Supports Senior Leadership Team with in-depth analysis
- Leads the creation and execution of management reporting packages
- Works cross functionally across all departments including Supply Chain, Development, Operations, Design and Construction
- Manages the reporting process and its compliance to department standards
- Collects, interprets and compare financial information
- Develops customized analysis to minimize financial risks
- Improves performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand Return of Investment (ROI) in all areas of operations
- Adheres to all company and department procedures, policies, expectations and quality standards
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or Economics, Master’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an accounting, finance or a consulting\\ role
- Demonstrated success in financial analysis
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Passion for and interest in Italian food

The base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
