Franconia Notch State Park Ticket Seller
Pay: $14.73 - $15.31
Weekends Required – Shifts: 9AM-5PM
Scope of Work: The FNSP Ticket Seller is responsible for selling tickets using a POS at both our Flume Gorge and Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway Locations.
Accountabilities:
Experience in using POS is preferred.
Helping customers with reservations and moving reservations at the ticket window.
Ability to handle high volume sales is a must.
Willingness to learn to work the information desk at the Flume Gorge helping guide customers to desired activities through the State Park.
Experience with handling money is preferred.
Guest service experience preferred.
Must be able to handle large groups
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Completion of 8th grade or its equivalent
Experience: None required
License/Certification: None required unless stated.
Recommended Work Traits:
Knowledge of the principles and processes of providing customer service. Knowledge of methods to show, promote, and sell products or services. Knowledge of the materials equipment, and methods commonly used in cleaning operations. Ability to understand an carry out oral and written instructions. Ability to communicate information an ideas clearly so others can understand. Ability to use ordinary tools. Ability to perform routine clerical tasks. Ability to perform simple arithmetic computations and make change accurately. Ability to establish an maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general public.
