To achieve our vision, Modern Age is currently seeking a Freelance Content Creator to create and produce high-quality content for paid and organic social channels and our website, including video and photography assets. This role reports to our Chief Marketing Officer and will parter with our Social Media Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute compelling social campaigns, content series and other visual assets that are own-able to our brand and drive customer acquisition.
Primary Responsibilities of the Freelance Content Creator
- Work with the Marketing team to create and produce social media ideas and content across social channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
- Concept, shoot, edit, and deliver video and photography assets intended for both organic and paid social advertising channels as well as our website. The majority of your shots and footage will take place at at our two NYC clinics where our services are provided and product are sold.
- Output high quality, platform ready assets on a weekly cadence.
- Work with the marketing team to maintain our social media aesthetic and brand voice.
- Write social forward copy in brand voice with clear CTAs.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of social media platforms including emerging trends and best-practices across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Demonstrated experience directing and producing photo and video shoots, with the ability to create assets with quick-turnaround delivery
- Highly skilled in Photography and Videography; ability to personally shoot and edit content that meets the needs of social creative briefs.
- Knowledge of trending sounds and licensing music.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, etc. and familiar with basic graphic design principles.
- Available between 10-20 hours per week and ability to work from our Flatiron and Upper East Side studios. This role will be about 50% remote and 50% creating content in our two studios.
