Front Desk Sales Agent - Desert Sun Resort in Palm Springs is looking for a front desk agent with an enthusiastic personality. We have a fun working environment.
Our world-famous resort operates year-round and boasts a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We are accepting resumes via email only. No calls please.
Daily Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and register guests Run daily reports using company software Field guest concerns Answer and direct incoming calls Checking guests in/out Selling rooms, spa services, promoting the on site restaurant and bar
Qualifications:
- Reliable and can show up at work on time Prior hotel front desk experience preferred but will train the right candidate Computer experience preferred (Microsoft, RoomMaster, Opera PMS) Detail oriented and organized Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a successful team Enthusiasm to SELL
