The ideal candidate for this position
- Provide exceptional customer service experience on the phone and in person.
- Responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out.
- Assist guests with Reservations, Check-In, Check-Out, and other inquiries
- Option of training to cover Night Audit shifts for any call outs/vacation time. Working Night Audit shifts will qualify for a higher hourly wage.
- Maintain cash bank per accounting guidelines.
- Maintain positive working relationships with others
- Ability to multi task and handle stress in busy periods
- The ability to input and access information in the property management system and/ or point-of sale system
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management
- Maintain effective communication within the front office and with all hotel departments.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Dependability and punctuality is not negotiable
- Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred, but not required
