We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing information about the hotel and its amenities. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about the hotel and its services.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information.
• Ensure that all guest requests are met in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour
