POSITION: Part-Time or Full-Time & Flexibility is appreicated!!!
Below are some duties:
*Ensure proper completion of all front office duties
*Handle guest complaints effectively
*Fully understand hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
*Process cancellations and modifications to reservations
*Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests, managers and all other associate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Work Location: One location
