FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE / MARKETING ASSISTANT

7:00am/7:30am – 11:00am/11:30am, 5 days/week, Mon-Fri

FORWARD fitness studio, (formerly DEFINE), located in Allendale, NJ and winner of Best of Bergen 2022, is a luxury boutique fitness studio that provides an unparallel selection of fitness classes and personal training.
We are currently seeking a high energy team player with a love of fitness and some creative marketing skills for an important position as the first point of contact at our studio.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients and prospects as they enter the studio
- Create rapport with customers that may lead to sales of memberships, services or products
- Continually provide a positive customer experience and effectively communicate with members and coworkers
- Maintain the facility’s immaculate appearance
- Process payments
- Help provide marketing content
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years’ boutique fitness industry experience in a member-facing role and/or marketing role
- An engaging personality and organizational skills.
- Canva or Adobe Photoshop proficiency is a plus
- College graduate or college student pursuing a graphic design or fine arts degree is a plus
- Marketing experience is a big plus – the ability to promote the business through website and social media platforms
