Front Office Clerk/Receptionist
Are you looking to make a difference in people's lives?
Seeking permanent Front Office Clerk/Receptionist position for about 35-40 hours/week to assist with front desk responsibilities at fast paced & growing chiropractic office in Aurora, IL.
The ideal front office clerk/receptionist is someone who is interested in a long-term commitment to our practice, able to work independently and is reliable, punctual, organized and friendly.
Previous experience in a medical setting for more than 1 year is a plus.
Hours include Monday - Friday mornings and evenings as well as Saturday mornings.
Qualifications For Front Office Clerk/Receptionist:
-Must enjoy working with people
-Friendly and outgoing
-Must be excited about chiropractic
-Able to provide excellent customer service and multi-task
-Ability to perform calculations quickly
-Comfortable with assisting doctors with putting therapies on patients
-Experience with answering telephones and scheduling appointments
-Experience in healthcare a strong plus
-Experience in medical billing a plus
-Experience in management (especially in a medical setting for 1 year)
-Pay depends on experience and ranges from $15-$16/hour.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
