• Position: Front Desk Daily Receipts Manager
• Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 / hr, depending on experience.
• Business Hours: Monday - Friday 4:45 am - 11:00 am, Saturday: 5:45 am - 8:00 am.
• Schedule: FT, Monday - Friday: 4:45am - 11:00 am, Saturdays 5:45-8:00 am.
• Hiring Location: West Columbia, SC

• High school degree preferably with at least college enrollment if not a completed college degree; trustworthy
• ability to be personable, respectful and non-judgmental to all patients and staff
• computer literate; flexible and able to multi-task; good mathematical skills
• Pass SLED background check.

• Treatment Specialists provide comprehensive services to assist individuals who are dealing with opiate addiction or dependency.
• We combine counseling with medications to optimize success in treatment.
• We are in need of a Front Desk Daily Receipts Manager with excellent soft skills, a winning personality, and the ability to multitask at our West Columbia clinic.

• Collect daily fees and copays from patients and enter the amounts into the computer.
• Print out receipts as they are requested.
• Complete insurance verifications
• Process grant applications.
• Balance daily accounts.
• Keep running total of monies collected.
• Process the daily financial reports.
• Balance the collected fees against the computer generated financial report.
• Assist in preparing the daily deposit slips.
• Responsible for reconciling the daily fees; this means the person who accepts this position is financially responsible for any daily shortages.
• Provide assistance in other areas as the need arises.
• Inform patients of flags and removal of flags as patients fulfill flag requests.
• Answering telephones
• Complete administrative responsibilities
