Job Duties Include:

The ideal candidate is very coachable and loves to learn and improve. Our teams are involved in continuous growth and evolution. We are always training.

• Delivering an amazing patient experience
• Educating, coaching, and supporting patients
• Active patient communication all day: phone, text, email, and in-person
• Checking in patients and directing patient flow
• Owning the Patient Scheduling Calendar, keeping it full & efficient
• Inspiring patients to prioritize their appointments with us and stay committed to their treatment goals
• Coaching and educating patients at every Check Out
• Keeping the front office and reception area extremely clean, organized, and inviting
• Supporting and cross-training for all clinic positions, including hands-on therapy application to patients
• Actively contributing to improving clinic efficiency, growth, and success
