We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our towing company office team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Properly assisting guest to their needs-which may include picking up their vehicles, or just retrieving their belongings. Assitanting insurance agents with charges on vehicles in storage lot, assisting other tow companies with payouts on vehicles they are picking up.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming paperwork from all drivers
- Keeping inventory of all vehicles in the lot
- File mechanics liens on vehicles as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
