Resa Face & Body Spa Concierge
Status: Non-Exempt:
This position does not meet the criteria for exemption from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act; thus, you will be eligible to receive overtime compensation, as appropriate. Overtime requires prior approval from your supervisor. This position is subjected to a 90-day introductory period, in which the employer will evaluate the skills, talents, and abilities of the employee.
Your Team:
This position reports directly to Resa Face & Body Spa, Director of Operations. This position will work closely with the entire Resa Face & Body Spa team.
Position Summary:
The Resa Face & Body Spa Concierge will be responsible for providing professional and efficient services. This is a client-facing position that requires the ability to work with the public professionally and sensitively by phone, email, and in person.
As Our Concierge, you will be responsible for:
● Greeting and directing clients in a format that maintains efficient client and information flow.
● Verify and ensure client information is collected accurately.
● Collect and process client payments at the time of service.
● Print, file, fax, and scan labs, medical records, and reports.
● Manage and answer the Spa phone system.
● Address client questions and concerns.
● Maintain a clean client waiting area.
● Manage supply and stock in designated areas.
● Manage and stock the beverage area.
● Any additional duties assigned.
For success in this role, you’ll need:
● High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) ( required.
● At least 1-year experience in a customer experience or front desk capacity, or equal experience as appropriate.
● At least 1-year of experience in payment operating systems or other payment processing experience as appropriate.
● Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients in a medical/spa setting.
● Always maintain a polished professional appearance and demeanor.
● Understanding of HIPAA confidentiality standards and ability to comply with standards when assessing or communicating client information.
Ideally, you possess:
● Medical Office or Insurance experience.
● A proven past history of strong customer service skills.
● A strong understanding of insurance, co-payments, etc.
● A proven understanding in medical database management.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
This position's work environment operates within a spa/medical healthcare setting. This role may encounter a client who may have a contagious illness due to the medical nature of the role. While performing the duties of the job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is considered low-moderate.

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
